🔴 Ireland keeps support for factory linked to Russia's war machine. Taoiseach Micheál Martin confirmed on Sunday that the state will maintain its backing for the Aughinish Alumina plant, despite an investigation linking its exports to Russian arms manufacturing, RTÉ reports.

Our Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine has obtained new Russian documents assessing the aggressor state’s losses from the war. Importantly, this is specifically a Russian internal assessment – one they are trying to conceal both from the world and from their own domestic audience. The first major indicator is a reduction in active oil wells. Just a single Russian oil company – and not even the largest one – has already been forced to shut down around 400 wells. Given the specifics of Russian oil production, these are significant losses, as restarting wells in Russia is far more difficult than in other oil-producing countries. The second indicator is a reduction in oil refining of at least 10% in just a few months this year alone. We see that our Ukrainian long-range sanctions are truly effective, and we will continue to scale up this line of our active actions. The data on the banking crisis in Russia is also quite convincing: 11 financial institutions are preparing for full liquidation due to problems that cannot be resolved by other means, while another eight banks have accumulated critical issues that cannot be addressed without external resources. This year’s federal budget deficit figures also look encouraging for us, standing at almost $80 billion by the fifth month of this year, alongside the bankruptcy of a significant number of Russian regional budgets. I have also instructed the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleh Luhovskyi, to share, in a format that does not compromise our sources, the obtained information on Russia’s attempts to involve global companies in resolving its financial hardship and in sanction-evasion schemes. In particular, we have recorded attempts to organize the export of grain from the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea – and, regrettably, other forms of economic exploitation of the peninsula involving entities from the United States. We will inform our partners. We are also recording attempts to bring investment and technology from democratic countries into Russia’s Arctic oil and gas projects. We know how to counter this. Our responses to Russia’s prolongation of the war and its attacks on our cities and communities are entirely justified. This time, Ukrainian long-range sanctions reached the Moscow region, and we are clearly telling the Russians: their state must end its war. Ukrainian drone and missile manufacturers continue their work. I am grateful to the Security Service of Ukraine and all the Defense Forces of Ukraine for their precision. The distance from Ukraine’s state border is over 500 km. The concentration of Russian air defense in the Moscow region is the highest. But we are overcoming it. Glory to Ukraine!

I’m still boiling over this “interview”. Out of all the filthy acts of betrayal (and every war is sadly filled with those) this one might be the filthiest. Because of all the outright lies. Because of all her history with President. Because of how much she owes him. And of course because it’s Tucker, for God’s sake. 🤮

Oh, look at that. So it was never really about altruism or “protecting Europe,” was it? To be fair, most of us already knew that - and honestly, that was fine as long as the arrangement benefited both sides. What wasn’t fine was the endless stream of propaganda about the U.S. supposedly “paying for Europe’s defense,” “protecting Europe” (from what exactly?), or subsidizing European healthcare with American taxpayer money. The moment that narrative turned into a full-blown political propaganda - one that painted Europeans as freeloaders and adversaries - the entire understanding started collapsing. Not because the interest of cooperation disappeared, but because the honesty did. Instead of explaining to Americans that their extraordinary prosperity is heavily tied to the global position of the dollar, the Treasury market, and the affordability of endless deficits - all underwritten by overwhelming GLOBAL MILITARY SUPREMACY - politicians such as Rubio chose the easier, yet false story of “Europe is costing YOU money.” That was always nonsense. Empires are expensive. Global dominance is expensive. Maintaining reserve currency status, securing trade routes, projecting power across continents, and shaping the financial system all come with a price tag. If the U.S. were just another normal nation-state without imperial reach, it would have to operate under the same fiscal constraints as everyone else, and Americans won’t be going around bragging about how rich they are. But rather than explain that reality, they framed the entire American defense posture as a charitable donation to Europe. And now they wonder why nations refuse to cooperate. Why would they?

What you call "an attack" is a criminal investigation. Based on your timeline, you're a fan of Yermak. Why? Ukraine is regaining initiative in the battlefield particularly thanks to him being finally removed from office. He blocked so many important processes. If law enforcement bodies in other Western countries investigated corruption in the highest circles similarly to NABU, we'd see much, much less russian influences over the US and Europe.

Iuliia Mendel’s first book, published in 2022, gave a mostly positive picture of Volodymyr Zelenskyy: an imperfect leader, but one who stood up to Russia and defended Ukraine. Now, only a few years later, she is telling a very different story. When interviewed by Tucker, Zelenskyy is suddenly corrupt, compromised, and supposedly keeping the war going for his own benefit. So what changed? Did Mendel suddenly remember a completely different version of events? Is she just trying to sell her upcoming, gossip-heavy book to people who already want to believe the worst about Ukraine? Or is there another agenda behind this sudden reversal, perhaps coming from the Kremlin? Both stories cannot be true at the same time. And when someone changes their story this much, the real question is not just what they are saying now, but why.
