🚨 EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 @ZohranKMamdani’s Far-Left Lesbian Housing Czar And Deputy Mayor Leila Bozorg Is Married To An Abortion Doula & BLM Activist Who Wants To Defund The Police In a decision that has sent shockwaves through New York's real estate community, socialist Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani has tapped Leila Bozorg—a veteran bureaucrat with a track record of pushing aggressive tenant protections and equity mandates—as his Deputy Mayor for Housing and Planning. Bozorg's appointment heralds a dangerous shift toward government-dominated housing policies that could cripple private investment and echoes failed socialist experiments. Bozorg, who served as Executive Director of Housing under outgoing Mayor Eric Adams, will spearhead Mamdani's radical campaign pledges: imposing a prolonged freeze on rents for over 900,000 stabilized apartments and forcing through 200,000 new "permanently affordable" units. While some have portrayed Bozorg as a pragmatic "development advocate," she is a hardcore ideologue committed to tenant extremism and forced redistribution of housing resources. Under Adams, Bozorg co-chaired the Tenant Protection Cabinet—a multi-agency body slammed by landlords as a one-sided war room stacked against property owners, coordinating crackdowns on private landlords while expanding bureaucratic oversight. She was also instrumental in the "City of Yes" zoning changes and "Where We Live NYC" fair housing initiative, which detractors label as social engineering schemes designed to impose subsidized housing on high-income neighborhoods, dismissing legitimate community concerns as "exclusionary" or discriminatory. These policies effectively punish success by targeting affluent areas for mandatory integration based on income and race—amounting to reverse discrimination under the guise of "equity." Bozorg's involvement in the "Green Fast Track" for expedited environmental reviews has further raised eyebrows as a tool to ram through projects while bypassing standard safeguards. Adding to the controversy are Bozorg's personal ties. She is married to Molly Gaebe, a comedian and self-described abortion doula who has boasted of assisting "hundreds" through abortion procedures and openly shared her own abortion story. Gaebe has publicly criticized delays in affordable housing approvals and railed against community opposition to such projects. In older social media posts, she has championed extreme causes like "Defund the Police," claiming law enforcement's roots lie in slave patrols. Gaebe’s hostile rhetoric toward police should alarm all New Yorkers as it’s an indicator that Mamdami’s administration will be favorable to criminals and hostile to law enforcement, which will certainly increase violent crime in NYC. Real estate leaders fear the worst: Pairing Mamdani's rent freeze with Bozorg's radical Left history could make owning rental properties economically suicidal, driving up maintenance costs while capping income. This will lead to abandoned units, decaying buildings, and soaring rents in the free market—pushing the city toward greater state control, public housing expansion, and the marginalization of private enterprise. This isn't balanced governance—it's a roadmap to government takeover of the housing market that will replicate failures of rigid rent controls in places like Sweden and San Francisco, where shortages, black markets, and deterioration followed. Private landlords will be squeezed out, incentives destroyed, and taxpayers will be left footing the bill for a bloated public system. Communist housing systems, featuring strict rent controls and state-led development, have historically resulted in property expropriation, reduced private incentives, government dominance over housing supply, destruction of the housing market through shortages and deterioration, and devaluation of private housing ownership. Smart people: The early voting in NC gives GOP an edge. BUT overall early voting is 55%women 44% men. Is it possible that republican women voting for Harris are driving the GOP numbers?

.@sagesteele: "There are plenty of states that have zero restrictions where you can [abort] up to the moment a baby's born, and I guess you're OK with that." @briantylercohen: "Which cases?" [long pause] "It happened for sure in CO. I believe it also happened in MN." "Educate me. What happened in CO?" "I'm sure Piers can connect us." "There are a lot of viewers. We would love to know where babies are being executed after they're born in CO." "I just told you." Full debate: youtube.com/watch?v=qK91RV…
