No Andrea you’re not doing your duty as an MP which is to use your judgement to do the best for your constituents. Destroying their future, reducing their influence, and removing their opportunities can’t be excused by citing a vote 3 years ago. You’re an MP not a cypher
Dame Andrea Jenkyns DBE 🇬🇧@andreajenkyns

Well maybe you should stand up for the public who won the referendum and respect the result. I am standing up and ensuring they have a voice in Parliament. #YourConstituencyVotedToLeave!

It is a common thread with Brexiteers. They rely on prejudice, other people’s comments, gut instincts, popular misconceptions, the Sun - anything except proper research, reading documents, and listening to evidence
David Lammy@DavidLammy

The worst thing about this is not even that Dominic Raab hasn't bothered to read the whole 35 page Good Friday Agreement he threatens to undermine, it's that he cannot see why this is a problem. Shameless chancers like him are dragging our great country backwards.

All Remainers in the nation are proud of the courage and dedication of Madeleina who speaks for UK's Remainer youth & for us oldies the indefatigable Stephen Bray outside Parliament. History will remember their true British internationalist spirit.

I don't tell my Dad what I'm doing... He follows my Facebook page and finds out after! 😅 He's proud if a bit terrified. Courage calls to courage everywhere. ✊

Whatever your view of Scot Nats, it’s difficult to believe the UK Government is busy drumming up business and trade when they’re trying to ditch our membership of the world’s largest trading community and have produced no signs of replacement deals with anyone else

It is difficult to take Nadine Dories seriously. She doesn’t appear to have any strong links with reality yet she suggests we should prefer her opinions over those of almost every major business leader, economist, and environmentalist. What’s got into her?
Bakehouse Cottage aka Helen #FBPE@Bakehouse2016

Does Nadine Dorries have any concept of the reality of the Rest of the World? Has she ever engaged at street level with any the countries that constitute the majority of the world outside of the 1st World? They're poor, Ms Dorries. Terribly poor. They can't afford stuff. #peston

Pleased to see that I’ve annoyed the Trots Stalinists and Antisemites on this thread. Truth hurts doesn’t it ? And as regards the deselection threats bring it on !

Mrs May really has to include Parliament into her plans. She has to accept there is no way ‘no deal’ will be supported so she needs to ask for time to work out what can be delivered. Otherwise the people’s vote is only option. Using ‘no deal’ as a threat won’t work.

Simply because we would have to renegotiate all our trade agreements. Our lorries would no longer have free access across EU borders. Our EU suppliers’ lorries would wait in queues to get here and our common agreements on medical standards wouldn’t operate. Just get real JH-B

I fear that if Ms Mordaunt has said this she is wrong. Rich countries have a moral responsibility to help the poor from public funds and to ensure they are spent wisely. Sadly, if we follow Ms Mordaunt’s views on Brexit we’ll have less money and less influence to help
Steven Swinford@Steven_Swinford

New from Cabinet: Penny Mordaunt gave a presentation on foreign aid in which she said 0.7% in current form is 'unsustainable'. She argued that Dfid needed to move from being a spending department to a fundraising one and be less reliant on public purse

Backstop was agreed by UK/EU as the insurance policy to avoid a hard border in all scenarios. We hope it will never be used, or be replaced quickly by a future relationship agreement. But it is necessary and tonight’s developments at Westminster do nothing to change this. #Brexit

Well he’s at odds with whole of food and drink industry. We’re clear that we can’t properly service retailers or leisure businesses. Within days of a no-deal of Brexit shops will be rationing products, deliveries will be interrupted, and fresh food will be in short supply.
Brexitshambles@brexit_sham

Here's Tim Martin dismissing all fears just now; there's going to be no delays at the ports, food prices in the shops will fall and he's going to buy his coffee from India....panic over, carry on Brexit!
