Trader to Trader If you could restart your trading journey from Day 1, what would you focus on first? • Risk Management • Trading Psychology • Mastering One Strategy • Patience • Market Structure Most traders don’t realize these are the real foundation until they’ve already paid the price. What’s your answer?

People often ask me what my daily routine looks like as a trader To be honest, I never really thought much about it until someone asked. It feels normal to me now, but when I actually broke it down, I realized it's a lot more structured than people think Here's what a typical day looks like ⤵️ I wake up at 5:30 AM If it's a workout day, I'm out by 6:00 AM. If not, I'm already at my desk. By 7:00 AM, I'm on the charts preparing for the London session This is where I do all of my market analysis: ✅ Build my market bias ✅ Mark up key levels ✅ Identify areas I'm interested in trading ✅ Plan different scenarios ✅ Set alerts at every important levels If you've been following my Telegram community, you've probably noticed this is around the time I post my daily markups and outlooks. If you're not there, you should find your way in using link in my profile One habit that has probably improved my trading more than anything else is setting alerts After I've finished my analysis, I leave the charts I don't spend my day staring at candlesticks because that's one of the fastest ways to force trades that don't exist. The longer you watch every tick, the stronger the temptation becomes to click the buy or sell button simply because you feel like you should be doing something Instead, I let the market come to me TradingView alerts tell me when price reaches the levels I've already planned for Until then, I go about the rest of my day Around 12:00 PM, just before New York opens, I'm back at the charts I reassess everything Has price moved the way I expected? Has it already reacted from one of my levels? Has market structure changed enough that I need to update my analysis? If necessary, I mark out new levels, reset my alerts, and continue monitoring price into the New York session Only when price reaches an area I've planned for do I start looking for an entry. If my model is there, I execute. If it isn't, I wait. That's it I don't chase price. I don't force trades. I don't spend 10 hours glued to my screen. Trading should give you more freedom, not less ✅ Analyze ✅ Plan ✅ Set alerts ✅ Live your life Then let the market tell you when it's time to come back That's been my routine for years, and it's one of the biggest reasons I can trade consistently without burning myself out Hope this gives some of you a different perspective on what trading professionally actually looks like What's your own daily routine like ??

As a trader you want to trade with a prop firm that pays and gives you peace. There is a lot we go through as traders, and having a firm that would deny your payouts is an experience you don’t want to add to yourself. That why I recommend #Aquafunded for all #Propfirm traders and #Forextraders Use this link to get a discount aquafunded.com/?afmc=traderde…

You will lose money in trading. That’s not a possibility, it’s part of the business. What separates profitable traders from everyone else isn’t avoiding losses; it’s how they respond to them. One mistake to avoid is stubbornness. After three consecutive losses, don’t force the next trade just to “prove you’re right.” That’s how small drawdowns become account killers. Instead: • Step away from the charts. • Go back to your top-down analysis. • Re-evaluate your directional bias. • Ask yourself, “Is the market still saying what I think it’s saying, or am I trying to make it fit my bias?” The market doesn’t care about your analysis, your emotions, or your previous trades. Be flexible enough to change your bias when price action gives you a reason to. The best traders don’t marry a bias, they follow the market. Protect your capital first. Opportunities will always come again.

When traders say it took them 2 to 3 years to become profitable, they aren’t saying it took them that long to understand trading. That’s not what they are talking about You know what they are trying to say?? Type it

Good morning traders. 🌅 Your mindset is your first position of the day. A clouded mind leads to clouded decisions. Protect your mental state the same way you protect your capital. Are you in the right headspace to trade today?
