Again you’re equivocating. Just because you can use one word to vaguely describe two things (semantics) doesn’t mean the two are the same thing (ontology) and should be treated the same (ethics/morality).
Me walking down the street and punching someone in the face is fighting. Me stepping into a boxing ring and punching someone in the face is fighting. The difference between the two despite both being categorized as fighting is why it’s right to condemn one while accepting the other.

Your point isn’t misunderstood, I just disagree with it.
Your premise: both can be categorized as porn
- (I don’t like the semantic but no real disagreement)
Your conclusion: since both are porn you either have to be for both or against both.
- (Hard disagreement here because the differences are vast enough that you can draw a logical threshold between the acceptance of one and the rejection of the other)
What you’re doing is equivocating because you’ve found similarities but you’re handwaving the differences that matter in the refutation of your argument.
The relationship and other contexts between the individuals matters in almost the same degree as sex with a stranger vs sex with your spouse. Saying they’re the same because they’re both categorized as sex and that the relationship between the two individuals is irrelevant is asinine.

Nobody said they’re identical in every way. The point is if you’re anti-porn, private sexual content doesn’t get an exemption just because it was made intimately. The differences in distribution don’t exempt it from being porn
And society already agrees with me - it’s called REVENGE PORN. Those laws exist because private sexual content IS recognized as PORNOGRAPHIC. The law didn’t care about distribution context

Even tho you can categorize them under the term “porn”, there is marked differences in the two and thus there’s no logical necessity that requires you treat them the same.
