[Incase You Missed It] As we recently marked World Health Day, an exciting milestone in HIV prevention was also announced. The first batch of Lenacapavir has officially arrived in South Africa — a major step forward in expanding HIV prevention options. Speaking to SABC News, the Minister of Health, Aaron Motsoaledi, shared that the official launch will be led by the President of South Africa. On the day of the launch, Lenacapavir will become available at 350 selected health facilities across the country. This breakthrough represents hope, innovation, and another powerful tool in the fight against HIV — especially for young people and communities most affected.
