This is a select population of ER+ pts with high risk AND grade 3 disease. Grade 3 ER+ cancers have ⬆️TILs and more likely to be genomically high risk.
Exciting that IO may have a role here. Awaiting EFS. Another conflict is that pembro and abema are not safe concurrently.
