@WarMonitor3 To be honest, this is a fair proposal which satisfies the needs of both sides.

Irans new peace proposal to the US has been leaked it includes: PHASE 1 -Full ceasefire across the whole region agreed to by Israel, US, Iran and proxies. -Iran gradually open strait of Hormuz removing mines with help of US minesweepers, in exchange for lifting of US blockade, removal of US massive forces in the region and some sort of compensation. PHASE 2 -Iran proposes to freeze uranium enrichment for 15 years, to then resume but only at 3.6 percent civil levels of enrichment, already enriched would be diluted to 3.6 percent of transferred to other countries. Iran rejects dismantling its nuclear facilities, and wants sanctions lifted and release of frozen assets. Iran will then form security initiatives with Arab nations to prevent future war.

Al Jazeera publishes details of Iran's latest offer to the U.S., delivered through Pakistan. The proposal has three phases: Phase 1: Convert the ceasefire into a full end to the war within 30 days, across the entire region including Lebanon. Mutual commitments by Iran, the U.S., Israeli, and Iranian proxies not to attack each other. Iran would gradually reopen the Strait of Hormuz and clear the mines it laid, accepting U.S. assistance. In return, the U.S. lifts its blockade of Iranian ports. An international body would be established to oversee compliance. Iran revised its demand for reparations in "new and sophisticated wording." The proposal also demands withdrawal of forces from Iran's maritime surroundings and an end to major force concentrations in the region. Phase 2: Freeze uranium enrichment for 15 years. After that, Iran resumes enrichment to 3.6% but commits not to stockpile enriched uranium. Iran rejects the U.S. demand to dismantle nuclear infrastructure or destroy facilities. Already-enriched uranium would be transferred to other countries or diluted to civilian levels. Sanctions lifted gradually on a clear timetable, including release of frozen Iranian assets worldwide. Phase 3: Iran enters strategic dialogue with Arab and regional states to build a region-wide security framework. Al Jazeera, citing the proposal delivered via Pakistan.

@RepDonBacon Mr. Congressman, I love you, but Europe deserves a bit of medicine for its behavior—not standing up to America and even denying access to the bases we funded. I'm truly angry, and then they complain. I'm sorry, but Europe is not behaving like allies.

@PeteButtigieg you criticize spending $25 billion in Iran fighting an enemy, yet under Biden we sent nearly $180 billion to Ukraine. Where is the outrage?

We now know the Iran war price tag is more like $50 billion - hundreds of dollars per household - and counting. It's enough to cover all the health insurance premium credits that the Republicans got rid of for this year, and next. It could save rural hospitals, pay teachers, fix roads. Don't let this White House insult your intelligence by blowing your money on war, then saying America can't afford nice things.

@NATOpress @NATO The problem is that you denied American forces landing on the bases we funded in Europe in NATO territory, and yet you are asking for the reason.

We are working with the U.S. to understand the details of their decision on force posture in Germany. This adjustment underscores the need for Europe to continue to invest more in defence and take on a greater share of the responsibility for our shared security - where we’re already seeing progress since Allies agreed to invest 5% of GDP at the NATO Summit in The Hague last year. We remain confident in our ability to provide for our deterrence and defence as this shift towards a stronger Europe in a stronger NATO continues

The greatest threat to the transatlantic community are not its external enemies, but the ongoing disintegration of our alliance. We must all do what it takes to reverse this disastrous trend.

Not even Biden, Obama, or Clinton have criticized the Iranian war because they know the threat. They were briefed and saw firsthand, with firsthand intelligence, the threat and what the Iranian regime was building. This is not a war of choice, and I’m sure VP Harris knows this as well—she was in the situation room.

Because NATO & Europe haven't been paying attention. The purpose for NATO ended in 1991 when the USSR and Warsaw Pact ended. NATO should have ended, but it didn't. NATO should have changed its charter, but it didn't. Military alliances are not intended to last forever. Military alliances are "Earned", "Validated", and "Reaffirmed" – War by War. The UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy and NATO failed to validate and reaffirm their alliance with America in the current Iran War by denying use of Joint bases, restricting use and restricting overflights. America has no reason to remain in the NATO alliance nor to maintain bases in Europe. Time to pull out: All American troops, weaponry, and nuclear weapons from Europe, remove the US Navy 6thFleet from Eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean, plus halt the exchange of intelligence and security data.

Did you truly believe we are not winning the war? Check the Iranian Air Force and Navy and let me know. By the way, this was not a war; it is an air campaign. We don’t have soldiers on the ground and never sent them, so there is no way we won if this is not a war by definition. Tell me we were defeated if we actually fought against the IRGC on the ground.

@Osint613 @OutFrontCNN @tamaraqiblawi I don’t understand why American media act in favor of a FOE instead of the US military. In times of war, they should act as propagandistic networks for the US military. Trump is right when he called the media the enemy of the people.

@JoJoFromJerz In what context in Trump's post does he call for political violence? He's just saying the same thing. They call him a convicted felon. Pelosi used to call him a thug. I see no problem at all in this post.

Spirit Airlines only needed $500 million to survive. We’ve already spent $25 billion on the Iran War. Which one directly improves American lives more? A low-cost carrier staying in the market or another war in the Middle East?

Extremist Supreme Court? I didn’t hear you call them that when they blocked Trump’s tariffs, and I don’t think you will when they rule against Trump’s attempt on the 14th Amendment. However, why should districts be drawn based on race? That’s not okay because it discriminates against minority voters living in those districts.

Voter suppression is a way of life for Donald Trump and far right extremists on the Supreme Court. Republicans know they cannot win a free and fair election in November and so they are desperate to rig it. We will never let them succeed.
