It’s so funny, I was having people tell me Luke Scarf wasn’t what I said he was. I took one look at his EYCL tapes before the season and I knew instantly 98% of the WPIAL could not do what he was doing on that circuit I’m not joking when I say most won’t survive the EYCL.
