Dear Rivals, Since the launch of our crackdown on "Incentivized Throwing" (malicious match-losing for personal gain), we've received an overwhelming amount of feedback and suggestions from the community. Thank you for each point of passionate feedback! Our team is ready to roll out a comprehensive upgrade to our anti-throwing measures: 1. Active Server-Wide Detection System Deployed We've implemented a brand-new detection system across all servers. This system uses a combination of big data analysis and manual review to enhance the detection of malicious throwing behavior. Once violations are confirmed, offending accounts will face strict additional penalties. 2. Ranked Point Compensation To preserve match integrity, we're introducing the Victim Compensation Protocol. If your match loss and point deduction were caused by a teammate's confirmed malicious behavior, the system will automatically restore lost points. You'll receive an in-game mail notification once compensation has been issued. We encourage all players to continue reporting violations. Dear Rivals, We have recently identified a disturbing trend within our community: "incentivized throwing," where players are enticed by third-party bounties to deliberately sabotage matches. This behavior not only undermines the integrity of our game but also tarnishes the experience for honest players who are committed to fair competition. In light of this, we want to make our position clear: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of malicious disruption. To combat this issue, we are implementing a specialized investigation protocol focused on identifying and addressing negative gameplay linked to these external bounties. Accounts found to be violating our policies will face serious repercussions, including, but not limited to, permanent bans. We strongly advise players against jeopardizing their valuable accounts and hard-earned progress for the sake of temporary incentives. Moreover, to reinforce the principles of fair competition, we have enhanced our regulations regarding negative gameplay. Accounts found to be engaging in disruptive behaviors, such as malicious idling (AFK) or intentionally throwing matches, will incur significant penalties following reporting and verification. If you encounter players who are maliciously idling or intentionally throwing games, we encourage you to utilize the reporting feature immediately. Hey Rivals, Recently, we’ve noticed that some players are exploiting matches by remaining stationary and repeatedly farming stats to gain hero proficiency points. This behavior disrupts normal gameplay and seriously affects the match experience of other players. To address this, we are planning to introduce a combat behavior detection system. Players found engaging in such behavior may face penalties including, but not limited to: warnings, short-term suspensions, long-term suspensions, or permanent account bans. We ask all players to help us maintain a fair and healthy game environment.
