@Makro_SA But you're team doesn't provide an option to change the delivery address prior and do not require verification of address during the purchase aswell? Be in touch with your processes whilst putting the customer in mind.

@Makro_SA Why is updating the delivery address wasn't an option & why it took 2hrs to respond? I'm still stuck with a cumbersome process to fix a simple mistake. Looking for a resolution that doesn't involve cancelling & reordering. Request is to send order to a closest store.

Disappointed with @Makro_SA & @TheCourierGuySA. Driver refused to deliver to my address and demanded I drive 2km. Item (Garnier Micellar Water) arrived broken and leaking. Complaint closed with no resolution.🤬🤬
