Act start with a simple system collect data, analyze it add rules based on data implement and test collect data and analyze again did the stats improve? keep it they didn’t? remove it that’s the exact process I used to build my system and the same process I use with my 1:1 students it’s boring and repetitive, and that’s exactly why it works
