The latest from our group on perovskite memristors. Using 1D perovskites we construct large flexible cross bar arrays (16x16) and show switching down to 100ns! Excellent effort by @SujayNTU and others.

@physolcell @AoLiu8 @ACSEnergyLett A thing that bothers me about all these experiments- Sn perovskites have far higher carrier concentrations, thus voltage application would only show signatures of the electronic carriers. I dont think we are testing under configurations/conditions that probe ionic transport.

@KFrohna This paper employed N719 dye with CsSnI3 mostly acting as a hole transporter (possibly with some photogeneration).Think the first paper employing CsSnI3 as the sole absorber is probably us (onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.100…) in 2014 where we showed SnF2 reduces carrier concentrations.

How many of you are guilty(like I was) of not realising there was a solid state #perovskite solar cell paper published before Snaith/Miyasaka/Park/Graetzel? Kanatzidis et al published an efficient CsSnI3 cell (w/ SnF2 doping!) May 2012. Underrated paper! nature.com/articles/natur…
