SCOTUS decided, to inject itself into an ongoing election & at this point no one can say otherwise. It has historically used the Purcell doctrine to ensure that courts aren't meddling in elections, and yet this court felt comfort in doing so. Everyone needs to understand this.

🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba... I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down. Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. Me going without a planned Cuban government guide nearly got me and my security taken hostage or imprisoned. The situation in Cuba is much worse than anyone knows.
I’ve seen quite a few questions about #judgementalbaby at the Derby… no @reredevaux did not have a baby… and no I did not have a secret baby🙄 Mav is our nephew (our brother Jesse’s son) and he was handed over the rail to take a picture, another guy from an ownership group held the baby and gave him back to me… but it was too late to hand him back over so he was along for the ride! Mav is a year old and throughout all of the screaming, jumping, and hugging, he did not do anything but smile… even if he got squished by Pearl and I losing it and hugging like psychos… and he had a suit on but managed to get himself all dirty before we went over frontside. He very clearly comes from a barn family and spends a lot of time at the farm with his Mom and Dad

We’re filing a motion for a preliminary injunction in an effort to block the Trump Administration from unlawfully greenlighting the restart of two CA onshore oil pipelines that are subject to State regulation and oversight. Unfortunately, California has seen first-hand the devastating environmental and public health impacts of coastal oil spills, yet the Trump Administration will stop at nothing to evade state regulation, which protects against these very disasters.
