@JcMalgieri If we extend the scope, we should ensure the assumed data processing scheme in the GDPR matches the socio-tech reality.

Totally agree! I think the material scope should be extend to non-personal data at least for ADM and DPIA!

Model predictions leak info about training data. How much more info can be leaked via the parameters? This is of a great importance especially in federated learning where what is shared *is* the model parameters. @IEEESSP #sp19 "Comprehensive privacy analysis of deep learning"...

Dutch DPA starts investigating the Tax Office for ethnic profiling. The Tax Office might be focusing on citizens with dual nationality for childcare benefit fraud investigations. Registration of 2nd nationality is stopped since 2015, yet the Tax Office possesses that information
