@AvantiWestCoast can you explain to me why I can’t claim delay payment for Friday 21st February from London Euston because it was a return ticket and I claimed for journey to London on the Saturday 15th not my fault both journeys were a nightmare and delayed.

Well @GlasgowCC have confirmed today our appeal has been rejected and we have to pay the fine for unloading food for the homeless & vulnerable, and has stated we should not be loading and unloading here after they awarded us a dispensation to do so ? This needs to be reconsidered as a matter of urgency.
