I’ve just had a call with Hungary’s Prime Minister-elect, @magyarpeterMP. We discussed strengthening cooperation and safeguard stability in today’s challenging global climate. We look forward to continuing this dialogue in person at upcoming European Council meetings. - RA

With global uncertainty rising, the IMF's World Economic Outlook makes for sombre reading, yet, for Malta it forecasts the best GDP growth in the EU till 2031, a further reduction in the deficit and inflation below the EU average. Our policies are making a real difference. - RA

While downgrading other countries, DBRS Morningstar has confirmed Malta's A rating. Three reasons: our shielding of households from price shocks, continued growth of Government income despite tax cuts and our moderate debt which allows us space to intervene as needed. - RA

The official opening of the €2.8m National Tennis Centre in Pembroke marks a major milestone for sport in #Malta. We’ve transformed an abandoned site into a high-level facility, delivering on our promise to invest in quality infrastructure for our athletes. - RA

Malta welcomes the ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran. We thank the mediation efforts of Pakistan and all partners involved in the negotiations. May this be the first step leading towards a comprehensive and long-lasting resolution on all issues for the much-needed peace and stability in the region. Diplomacy, dialogue and de-escalation must prevail on all fronts.

We are committing €38 million via Komunità Malta to restore Dar Saura into a National Empowerment Hub. The Malta Trust Foundation is creating a space for people to gain more independence and dignity. - RA

This afternoon I called H.H. @MohamedBinZayed and reaffirmed Malta’s solidarity with the 🇦🇪 during the ongoing regional situation. I thanked the UAE for assisting Maltese citizens & discussed the need to uphold international law & pursue dialogue for regional stability. - RA
