I often said the hardest thing about ADHD is that *anything*, no matter how small of a road block, that gives you a reason to not do something right now or feels annoying to have to do will prevent you from doing it. I had gone through 900 ways to get me to drink more water on stream or while playing Ranked, and the only way I finally was able to make it work was by just starting to drink directly out of the 2 gallon carton. Even lots of small water bottles didn’t work because having to turn around and grab a new bottle and actually *open it* (OMG why would anyone bother?!?) was enough to make me not want to do it. It’s crazy.
