Sadly, some people can’t handle how strong and powerful you are. That’s on them, not you. Never let other people’s misguided insecurities contaminate your vision. Live big and proud. Protect your peace, always.
Share with your favorite people. 👯 Tell them how much you 💗 and appreciate them, exactly as they are. 🥰

More isn't the answer. It never was. 💗
Somewhere along the way we got sold the idea that the more you do, the more magic happens. More meetings. More projects. More output. More, more, more. 😅
But real magic? It shows up when you stop cramming your calendar and start getting ruthless about what actually MATTERS TO YOU.
Not what looks impressive. Not what other people think you should be doing. What genuinely lights you up and moves the needle on the life you actually want. ✨
Heading into this weekend — what's one thing you can take OFF your list that was never really yours to begin with?

Most "stay positive" advice skips the most important step.
It's not Step 2 that trips people up. It's Step 1... actually FACING reality. Exactly as it is. No spin. No minimizing. No pretending.
THEN you use your power to choose your response.
That choice takes thought, intention, and real courage. Not cheerfulness. The difference between toxic positivity and genuine strength is Step 1. 💗

A few years ago, my entire team was procrastinating on a big business deal.
Every day it sat on the list. Every day we moved it to tomorrow. We started beating ourselves up. Like, WHAT is wrong with us?
Then one phone call explained everything.
The person we were about to partner with completely lost it over one tiny contract detail. Screaming. Ranting. Full toddler meltdown. 😳 (The public definitely doesn't see that side.)
No contracts signed. No damage done.
Our procrastination didn't fail us. It protected us.
Sometimes putting it off is a sign you need to call it off. 💡

Working on something big right now?
Maybe a project you’ve been quietly building for a looooong time? Or an idea that’s been living in your notebook for months.
Here’s your reminder: it doesn’t have to be perfect.🙌🏻✨
In fact, progress is built from imperfect steps taken consistently. And those small, messy steps are exactly how big dreams come to life. 💖

Woefully uninformed. 🙋🏻♀️
That's what I choose to be. On purpose.
News. Politics. Sports. Business. Entertainment. There's this constant pressure to stay up to date on ALL of it.
But here's the reality. Most of what comes through your feeds every day does absolutely nothing to move you closer to your dreams.
Your attention is EVERYTHING. Spend it wisely.🔥

When I started my business nearly 2 decades ago I had no idea if it would work out. ⠀
⠀
All I felt was incredibly overwhelmed and insecure. I cried a LOT. Sometimes I felt so scattered, I wondered if my brain was broken. But I kept putting one awkward foot in front of the other. ⠀
⠀
Slowly, it began to take form.⠀
⠀
Then, ten years into my entrepreneurial journey, I launched this ‘new’ B-School program. At first, people didn’t get it. One guy laughed in my face and said, “Are you KIDDING?!” That’s not a real business. C’mon honey. You must have a rich husband bankrolling you.” (No Mr. Douchebag, I did not.)⠀
⠀
Now we’ve been running that program for 15 YEARS! We’ve had more than 80K people through B-School from 171 countries across 650+ industries. 😍 ⠀
⠀
HERE’S THE POINT: What you’re capable of creating, experiencing, contributing and producing over the next few decades of your life will ASTOUND YOU. ⠀
⠀
*But you’ve GOT to start now.*⠀
⠀
Look, it’s impossible to know all the steps in advance. No one can promise it’ll work out the way you hope. But here’s what we DO
know... that time is going to pass. ⠀ ⠀
What will the future you — you in 2036 or 2046 — be SO damn grateful that you started today? (besides wearing sunscreen 😳)⠀ ⠀
Thank GOD early day Marie had enough audacity and naiveté to just START —even though she had no clue what the hell she was doing. ⠀ ⠀
This is an urgent call. Use the limited time you have. Start now. Start now. Start now. Start now. ⠀ ⠀
Share with your people. Remind them what they’re made of.

218 minutes. 👀 That's how long the average person procrastinates every single day.
Run those numbers: 55 DAYS a year. 😱
55 days you could've spent building your business, writing your book, learning that language, getting into the best shape of your life.
Your brain is running a protection program. Every time you dodge that task, it's doing exactly what it's designed to do. Sidestep uncertainty. Avoid discomfort. Stay in familiar territory.
Once you get that, you stop white-knuckling it and get strategic instead. Two very different games. ⚡
So. It's Sunday. What's the ONE thing you're actually doing this week? Drop it below 👇

I just did this. The "grocery run" portion was supposed to take 15 minutes and ended up being a whole neighborhood stroll because I am not-so-secretly OBSESSED with food shopping. 🛍😂
The actual prep? Under 10 minutes.
Do it now. You'll enjoy the rest of your Sunday AND start the week with more focus, confidence, and energy. 💫💗
