𝟙/𝟙𝟛/𝟠𝟞 @GMSDAthletics girls basketball star 𝐂𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐲 𝐖𝐲𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐤 scored 17 of her game-high 19 points in the first half of a 44-26 victory over Holy Name. Wyrick came into the game averaging 19.6 ppg, good for second in the county. For her career, Wyrick scored 1,199 points at Mifflin. She went on to star @Siena_WBB where she was a three-year starter and scored 911 points. Wyrick also coached @SV_Panthers from 1991-98. She was elected to the Reading Berks Basketball Hall of Fame in 2024.

The West Reading All-Star 🏀 team has seen Fisherman’s Wharf, Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge, a Giants game, and more! This is the 53rd year of the Cultural Exchange program. The team lost to Folsom HS 57-47 and then beat Franklin HS 62-60 on a shot by Andrew Galantuomo.
