If you've never tried intermittent fasting, today is the perfect time to start.

Use this weekend to reset your biology. Here's your 48-hour protocol: - Saturday morning: 20 minutes of morning sunlight. No phone for the first hour. - Both days: eat within an 8–10 hour window. Finish dinner by 7 PM. - Saturday: a 20-minute Zone 2 walk or easy bike ride. - Sunday: full body resistance training, even bodyweight. - Both nights: in bed by 10 PM, room at 67°F, no alcohol. 48 hours done right will carry your energy and focus through the entire next week. Use the weekend intentionally.
