The best revenge I have is to make this a best seller. If you don’t want to read it, send it to Methodist. amzn.to/4t2TA4C

Not a chapter title I was expecting to see and read in Fiat Food! The reason why cereal for breakfast became the norm goes back to the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and its anti-masturbat*on agenda. My mind is blown! @Matthewlysiak

Defund the evil multi-century regime. Sell their fiat paper for decentralized freedom money that cannot be controlled by anyone. Very simple. @Matthewlysiak

@HodlFlorida @JoelHodlman @Matthewlysiak @saifedean This one I reference more and more everyday. Maybe it's current times but with the food pyramid change and certain dyes "allegedly" removed I always reference back to Fiat Food. Great book!

The narrative we have been told about what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary was a lie. What follows is not speculation. It is documentation—and at the end of this article, you will hear the Adam Lanza audio clip 1, which has been confirmed by the author—and which law enforcement has successfully suppressed—until now. This release is only the first of a several-part series that will definitely show how, despite public denials, the tragedy could have been prevented. A new investigation needs to be launched. open.substack.com/pub/matthewlys…

If you are interested in how the corrupt fiat money system negatively impacts our food supply and how it’s all connected to disease and corruption, read Fiat Food by @Matthewlysiak Especially Chapter 7 and then Part Three of the book. You are being robbed and poisoned. Opt out.

After reading the first two chapters of “Fiat Food” Matthew Lysiak and Ammous Saifedean I had to go out and cook up a Filet Mignon Steak 🥩 from the local butcher with organic brown rice and locally grown organic broccoli.

Fiat Food by Matthew Lysiak argues that modern dietary and health crises are not just nutritional mistakes, but monetary ones. When money becomes inflationary and disconnected from real value (fiat money), it distorts incentives across the entire food system—leading to cheaper calories, lower-quality nutrition, chronic disease, and declining human health. Fix the money, and you fix the food. •Inflation reshapes food production Governments and corporations prioritize cheap, scalable, shelf-stable calories over nutrient density. This drives seed oils, refined grains, sugars, and ultra-processed foods. •Time preference matters Inflation encourages short-term thinking: fast profits, monoculture farming, chemical inputs, and industrial shortcuts—at the expense of soil health, animal welfare, and human longevity. •Health declines are systemic, not personal failures Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and metabolic disorders rise because the system rewards quantity over quality—not because individuals suddenly lost discipline. •Traditional foods get priced out Meat, dairy, fruit, and nutrient-dense whole foods become “luxuries,” while processed foods dominate because they’re optimized for fiat economics. •Bitcoin as a corrective force The book argues that hard money (Bitcoin) lowers time preference, rewards long-term planning, supports regenerative agriculture, and realigns food production with human health. Bad money → bad incentives → bad food → bad health. Fix the money, and the food system—and human health—can recover.

If you have friends/family curious about Bitcoin but cannot connecting the dots back to their quality of life. I strongly recommend you ask them to read or listen to “Fiat Food” by Matthew Lysiak @Matthewlysiak. You can find it on thesaifhouse.com. This book hardened my resolve to join the peace revolution to embrace Bitcoin. Meet people where they are. We all must eat real food not industrial sludge.

Who has read “Fiat Food” yet? It’s a chapter in The Bitcoin Standard by Saifedean Ammous, but Matthew Lysiak (and Saifedean) wrote a whole book out of it It essentially talks about how the degradation of our food and food sources were made possible via studies funded by the money printer… for profits A fixed game and attack on our health and vitality spanning generations It goes much deeper than one imagined, and includes a lot of John Keynes’ influence, who helped turned our money into a weapon against us If you are a Bitcoiner and value quality foods… it’s a must read

In fact, we have all been misled. While our attention was misdirected, the truth was intentionally suppressed to create a narrative that is not only counter to reality but, in many ways, the exact opposite. Below is the counterpunch: matthewlysiak.substack.com/p/part-1-exclu…

That conclusion has defined the national conversation ever since. In the absence of a clear motive, the debate moved elsewhere. Within minutes of the shooting, and with stunning efficiency, the nation’s media landscape shifted the conversation from an examination of the event to gun control.
