Literally yes. This isn't a matter of right or wrong, or agree/disagree. Exhaustion would be perfectly balanced if it was one use after unhook. 2v8 has taught us that ANY version fo manual sprint burst is a bad idea. Objectively.
Rework sprint burst, if that's the case. Or only make it work in chase. But manually triggered sprint burst is objectively a terrible idea.

I think I'm coming to terms with Exhaustion perks existing but Sprint burst needs a nerf. So does Blight.
After that we keep an eye on other exhaustion perks and other high tiers but this process needs to start if it's gonna be incremental.

@PallyStream @ViolettChild Literally no dude. You get pulled of hook then what? You just walk everywhere? You’re letting your killer bias speak for you. The idea of it working off hook is fine, good even but if you don’t think that sb would need a way to toggle it you are very wrong

@alranican I mean no one map is good for every killer… this map is great for stealth killers and extremely bad for ranged killers but there’s lots of maps like that. It sucks but Yall need to come to terms with the fact that maps will always be unbalanced

@PallyStream @ViolettChild If you did that they’d have to able to be toggled manually similar to dh otherwise they’d be useless especially sb. I.e press E while running to activate sb. That’s the only way a nerf this hard would work

@ViolettChild Sprint Burst AND Lithe. Both are broken, both need a hard nerf.
And you don't even need to overcomplicate it. One use after each unhook. Just like DH. Immediately you have balanced exhaustion perks.

@TenhaTV I swear, the grind in this game to build characters is killing all joy I had the first few days. Domains take forever to finish, you need fucking tickets to get double drops, everything costs an arm and a leg, etc

@fiyosu @EmpereurDeMars He said recently… I know reading can be difficult sometimes. Avernus came out in March and tidal wave in September but didn’t get rated for a while so they were a pretty good distance apart if we use our critical thinking….
