Our recent study in OJSM comparing isolated LET vs. revision ACL+LET vs. revision ACL for residual rotational instability with associated new medial meniscus tear. The addition of LET led to decreased rotational instability and same ability to return to sport. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39926585/
