Our website has been down after suffering from migration issues on the mediatemple > godaddy transition… we’re now left hanging as @mediatemplehelp is unreachable through their online chat support. Please hang on a little longer as we may have to move to another provider!

@mediatemple I can't log into Plesk, I'm getting a DB error. My site has no posts visible on it. I can't contact anyone via chat or support ticket. What the hell is going on?

Well, @mediatemple, it seems our days are now over. 24/7, no excuses support - My zone file was empty, even though NOONE has been near it and chat support has me sitting #1 in the queue with no connection. An empty zone file that has sat happy for YEARS is pretty catastrophic.
