@medibank How much longer is this unplanned outage likely to go on for? Just been to pay the dentist only to find that online services are not available due to "Unplanned Login issue" so I've had to pay upfront in full, and even when home on a PC still get the same error.

@pMaver6 Hi Peter, thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about what has happened. Generally speaking, if your email isn’t recognised when logging in but shows as already existing when you try to register, it usually means your account is active but may need a reset on our end.

I had my accident on the 27th of Nov. The hospital staff and doctors help me put in my ahm @medibank claim on the spot so it gets in before 4pm that day to supposedly be processed Monday the following week. Why did I just get the confirmation NOW TWO WEEKS after my emergency op??

@medibank Somebody needs to tell Mike Wilkins that when someone terminates their Medibank policy it is full on cynical to issue a cheque instead of DD; everyone knows cheques often don't get deposited. I wonder what line item covers this in the balance sheet!

Got a cold call from @medibank today looking to follow up on some recent medical claims. First thing the caller does is try to verify my information by asking for personal ID. They called me, and yet they had no way to identify themselves. Do better! (Banks are just as bad!)
