You know what you need to do. So why do you still hit the same invisible wall? It’s a mental block your mind hasn’t let go of yet. I wrote a short piece on how to rewire it, so action is effortless. Read here: open.substack.com/pub/sosams/p/w…

Most people crave anxiety because it excuses their mediocrity. You’re not one of them. You see fear as friction, not a crutch. …That’s why I work with minds like yours

The second someone says they've "tried everything" you know they've tried nothing that actually works. Their entire mental schema is controlled by pharmaceutical companies and they don't even realize it. They've been conditioned to crave the quick fix This is why SSRIs are so marketable. They reinforce helplessness. "You are broken. You have a chemical imbalance. Here, take this. Come back in six weeks. Increase the dose." The patient never has to confront the fact that their psyche has screamed at them for years. Simply doesn't exist in nature. Your body doesn't separate your gut from your mood, your environment from your thoughts. Pharmaceutical companies do, because fragmentation is profitable. If you actually have the capacity to figure things out and you do, because you're reading this, then you can figure out how to heal the same way you'd figure out anything else. Methodically, through observation and experimentation and sitting with discomfort to understand what it means. But they don't want you to figure it out. They want you to believe that your suffering is a chemical accident rather than your body's intelligent response to a specific stressor.

“Things are going well professionally. Have been adding business at a pretty rapid pace lately. Some of it random opportunity, but your help has been meaningful in terms of mindset and physical protocols, which have allowed me to step into it.”

One of the greatest skills I’ve learned for high pressure moments is to coach myself. Externalize fear. Say it out loud. Notice how foolish it sounds. Radical honesty. Encourage wins. Reframe failure. Voice in your head is your greatest ally or your worst enemy.

Proven fact: Athletes who trained self-talk strategies for 8 weeks showed lasting confidence increases even after training ended. (Journal of Applied Sport Psychology)

Your personality comes from the mental image you’ve built of yourself. Every success, failure, and experience has shaped that image. Thankfully, I learned this early. Reading Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz changed how I think about mental strength: -Visualize the traits you want to embody. -Feed your subconscious clear instructions. -Hardwire success into your mind. What once felt uncertain becomes inevitable. All those worries fade away.

I'm tired of seeing intelligent people fall for this trap: Thinking GABA supplements will cure their stress and sleep issues. It's requires a systemic, root level approach.

A client came to me with testosterone at 330. Tried everything. Supplements. Sleep optimization. Training programs. Nothing moved the number I didn't touch his training. Didn't change his sleep protocol. Didn't add a single testosterone booster I fixed his gut Within months his testosterone hit 700. More than doubled. Same body. Same age. Same genetics His testes weren't broken. His gut environment was suppressing androgen production the entire time. Endotoxin from a compromised intestinal barrier was driving chronic inflammation that directly crushes the hormonal cascade Had another client in his 40s. Testosterone at 300. Believed he was genetically low T. Accepted it. Was about to go on TRT for life Same approach. Gut protocol. Lowered inflammation Went from 300 to 600. In his 40s. Without TRT. Without clomid. Without any hormonal intervention at all Most men with "low testosterone" don't have a testosterone problem. They have an inflammation problem that's suppressing testosterone as a downstream effect Your body won't prioritize reproduction when it thinks it's under attack. And chronic gut inflammation tells your body exactly that, 24 hours a day Stop chasing the hormone. Fix the environment the hormone is trying to work in I have full breakdowns of EXACTLY how to do this on my Substack. The gut protocol, what to test, what to eat, all of it. Link in bio if you're actually serious about fixing this

@MetaMorpehus Chronic stress increases gaba receptors and their sensivity given you have courage to handle stress. Chronic stress is a part of life.

At work you solve problems fast. At home you constantly replay them. Which is the real you; the strategist who acts without hesitation, or the overthinker who can’t let go? Until that’s clear, you’ll always wonder if you’ve lost the version of you everything was built on.

Today begins a period of time off from drinking coffee. Instead I will be having my nootropic herbal green tea mix from Aurum instead shown here. If anyone would like to join then let’s do it and stay accountable. At least a month. I’ll talk about the reasons below.

Right idea, but bad methodology. Yes your body wants light in the morning. But that desire is for natural sunlight. Not some artificial fluorescent light purchased from Amazon. This is not a long time sustainable solution that you can do for 50 years. Is the equivalent of eating creatine powder versus natural proteins from eggs. Right idea wrong methodology.

Random thing that improved my life: I got this ring light that I put next to my desk to shine bright light in my eyes early in the morning. I wake up at 430am and definitely saw an improvement in morning alertness and sleep quality. Also felt like it helped avoid winter lows.
