@Iam_ehab جربت OpenClaw بس في الآخر لقيت فعلا إن أبني الحل من الصفر Python، بوت تلجرام، جوه Docker على الماك ميني أحسنلي وباتحكم فيه بشكل أكبر. عامة متبدأش بالأداة، ابدأ بالمشكلة اللي عايز تحلها. الأدوات زي ما قلت بتتجدد على طول. بس لو في مشكلة واضحة، حتعرف تعملها حتى لو غير متاحة

بعد ما اشتريت الماك ميني الحقيقه الهدف منه مكنش ل انه اثبت OpenClaw انما للاختبارات الي عايز اعملها زي مثلا انه بدل OpenClaw استخدم Hermes Agent لكن مع Local AI زي Qwen 3:14B واعدل عليه واحسن منه باستخدام AutoResearch من كارباثي واحسن من معدل التوكنز الي بيستخدمها عن طريق انه اوقف ال reasoning و thinking واخليه يستخدمها وقت الاحتياج بس او انه استخدمه هوا و مودل تاني صغير جدا 3B علي منصه واخليهم يقررو امتي كل واحد فيهم يرد علي العميل بناء علي مستوي الطلب وكمان استخدم ميثود ال RAG عشان احسن من جوده الردود بما انه عندنا المعلومات ك ملفات متاحه في المنصه نفسها اصلا غير كمان شويه integrations زي Google Calendar, Ads, Analytics وكمان Notion و انه استخدم كلاود فلير عشان اخلي الLocal AI يكون مربوط بالمنصه من غير ما استخدم اي حل خارجي وادفع عليه فلوس شهريه وبستخدم AWS عشان استضافه المحتوي والصور وبستخدم digital ocean ك سيرفر للمواقع الي بشتغل عليها بعيدا عن ويب فلو او فريمر ك نوع من التجربه الي اقدر اوصله غير برضه بتحكم ف الماك ميني من بعيد باستخدام Claude Cowork Dispatch واليومين دول بجرب عن طريق ال SSH وانه افتح كلاود كود ف الماك ميني من بعيد واستخدمه بشكل اسرع من Claude Cowork لاني لاحظت انه بطيء ف الاستجابه ومش بتقدر تشوف كل حاجه هوا بيشتغل عليها الفتره الجايه بقي بفكر اجرب شويه حاجات مجنونه بس نخليها مفاجآه بعيدا عن ده الحقيقه انا عايز اعمل كورس او محتوي عن الذكاء الاصطناعي والي وصلتله لكن الواحد مش عارف يبدء منين بسبب كميه التحديثات الي بتحصل كل شويه والمودلز الي بتنزل كل شويه بعيدا عن كلاود وشركه انثروبيك او كوديكس من OpenAI بس انا متحمس جدااا جداا اشارك الي بوصله والي ممكن نعمله اصلا سواء كنت مصمم او مبرمج او صاحب شركه او هتفتح مشروع او عندك مطعم او محل او تجاره الي بيحصل حاليا في العالم ده محتاج انتباهنا كلنا ونشوف ازاي نقدر نستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي عشان حرفيا الي جاي احنا مش مستعدين له بسبب كميه التحديثات والانجازات الي بتحصل بشكل سريع وبدون القدرة علي المواكبه

AI won’t replace architects (and many other hyped trends now). It speeds things up, sure, but it misses the essentials. This looks like a “neat" floor plan to some people, but the zoning, relationships, and furniture are completely off. Replacement is impossible.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran.
