Speech is something many people don't have to think about, but what about those living with #dysarthria? Our Dysarthria Clinic is working with @sheffielduni students and staff to raise awareness of the condition by launching the first ever #DysarthriaAwarenessDay tomorrow (10/5)!

The big issue is access to dental care for this vulnerable group. 1 in 4 residents can ‘never’ access dental care. This will increase levels of frailty. Dental pain = problems eating , drinking , speaking , dignity @Gerodontology @GeriSoc
