Hey @MichaelsStores — your Colonial Heights, VA location seriously dropped the ball. Website said 20 XL grey shirts in stock “ready today” but there were NONE. Staff was unhelpful, and Pam was rude, dismissive, and unreliable. Don’t trust their online inventory. #FalseAdvertising

@MichaelsStores On 4/12/25-1:55 PM, placed online order for same day pick-up. 3 items in order. Would be to store by 9 pm to get. Arrived at 8:10 PM with the worst customer experience. After 35 mins, I left with my online order. Office of Pres. hasn’t responded to my email.

@MichaelsStores I was hoping the packaging would've been better seeing as these are pretty fragile. But these monogram letters were just tossed in together with no padding whatsoever. Every letter ended up broken, chipped, or scraped up.
