High school coaches are expected to be champions, recruiting consultants, film scouts, & relationship managers — on top of teaching 6 classes a day. For pennies on the dollar. Some good ones are walking away. That’s a problem nobody’s talking about.

Coaches, stop giving empty feedback. If you tell a player they need to get better at something, write it down and remember it. Just like you need to trust your players, your players need to trust you.

After a scheduling update, Jason Crowe, Toni Bryant and Aidan Chronister will all play at the Norm Stewart Classic on Dec. 6. Might be a good day to hang out at Mizzou Arena.
