@moepwellington Gorgeous. Beautiful. I love it. One of the first pieces to grace my eyes since peeking back at social media, and I already feel myself imprinting on it.

A death in the family, covid, a car accident, and general slumps took me out over the last few months. In a much better spot now, & I appreciate the well wishes from everyone over the last weeks. 🙏 Happy Belated New Year~ 😅

I am so sorry for your loss, Erika. We haven't interacted much but this is the first post I've seen in the last few days of being off social media, as my family is going through something similar. Reading this made me (more) emotional than I've already been lately; I'm so happy you got to see him off peacefully and that he was surrounded by love. 🫂

Dad’s last moments were totally peaceful. During his last few days he was surrounded by his dearest family and friends, gentle music, family singing, and reassurances that it was ok to fly free. 🕊️ We congratulated him on a life honorably and beautifully lived. During the final stage in his transition, he seemed to be giving birth to his soul. His bright eyes were shining, seemingly in graceful awe of what he was seeing. At the very end, he gazed into my eyes until his final breath. He was so beautiful. No struggle and no discomfort or pain. I’m heartbroken, but grateful that his death went as we both prayed it would. Goodbye my kind father, and dear friend. You are so loved. ♥️
