Today in Masaka City I had the honor of closing the induction of Nansana Municipality leaders and their technical teams. I reminded them of H.E. President @KagutaMuseveni 's 5Ws framework: WHAT is the problem? WHERE is it? WHY does it exist? WHEN will we solve it? And WHO will do it. Our focus must be on WHAT, WHY, WHERE, and WHEN — not WHO to blame. I further shared a Scripture that The President himself brought to our attention in Cabinet orientation: Ecclesiastes 3:1— _“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under heaven.”_ This is a call for leaders to stop abandoning what we ought to do and chasing what we ought not to do. We must focus on priorities among priorities. Nansana’s number one request is a roads unit. I pledge to add my voice to that cause.
