Today when two companies want to share user data, they sign a data processing agreement, hash the PII, swap it inside a clean room, and the user never finds out. Multiply that by 1,000 partners, and you get 1,000 bilateral agreements, messy consent, and a compliance nightmare, with no monetization layer for anyone except whoever hoarded the data first. We rebuilt the roles. → The user owns the data and acts as the data processor → Company A becomes the issuer → Company B becomes the verifier Verification is what triggers the economics. Three things fall out of that: 1️⃣ Issuers earn on every verification. Identity stops being a cost center and becomes a revenue line 2️⃣ Liability gets cleaner. The user is the consenting party in the middle. 3️⃣ Issuers keep control. They can whitelist (or blacklist) anyone for verifying their data.
