There have been literally tens of thousands of Black-on-White rapes in America recorded every year since 1973, when the NCVS was first published. Well over a million cumulative rapes.
The data was so bad that rape stopped being recorded as a separate category, being dissolved into sexual assault in 1993 and then violent crime in 2009. Conversely, there are multiple years in the series where there were ZERO reported White-on-Black rapes. Where it wasn't zero it was a fraction of the number and rate of Black-on-White rapes. This is just rapes as well, sexual assaults are more numerous and reflect the same pattern.
The idea that Black men pose a specific sexual violence threat to White women is CORRECT and segregation was JUST. Calling this "phallic-based Negrophobia" is malicious.
The purpose of "research" like this is to create "academic" material which can be cited to force Blacks into social systems where they can attack and rape White women with impunity, because the author and the freaks who share his politics hate White people and want us to be defenseless, raped, and murdered. Everything else is window dressing.

A Black researcher from Denmark complains in a recent study that White women "use proximity to White men to publicly signify their adherence to a White supremacist racial order." He purposely recruited "a handful of Black boys" as the only males for an athletics program, and forced contact between them and the White female students. They hoped that the increase proximity through "desegregation efforts" without White boys present would decrease racial boundaries. "The White girls were scared and did not want to date us." The researcher calls this preference and idealization of their own race "Blackphallic policing." "White women and girls have been reliable accomplices in weaponizing their femininity to perpetuate White supremacy through fear of Black men. This calls upon White men to enact ideological and physical practices to protect White womanhood and the existing social order."

You can literally go into hospital wards now and not see a single White nurse, these people have no respect for their job and only do the bare minimum to get their paycheck
They even now have posters by the beds telling patients to leave valuables at home due to foreign nurses stealing being such a big issue.
