As part of Fieldwork Fortnight in Geography, our class did 2 traffic surveys in different locations in the local area and compared the data collected.🗺
🛶 Last week, our Y5 and Y6 students took part in the WPT residential!
They enjoyed lots of fun activities: kayaking, raft-building, team building (to name a few!) 🏹
They all had a wonderful time and were a credit to our school and the Trust!

Y4HS have conducted some Geography fieldwork, looking at traffic in the local area and comparing it to the traffic while standing on the A57 bridge.
We then compared results using bar charts back in class. 🚗🚚🌏

In Art, we have been using printing to create a repeating pattern inspired by Indian traditions and culture.
We have used symbols and shapes often represented on henna prints to inspire our designs. 🤩

On Wednesday the Year 3 & 4 children enjoyed their visit to Eureka! As part of their Science topic.
The children represented The Aston Hall Way so well and demonstrated their enthusiasm, respect and excellent behaviour throughout the day.🌠

Aston Hall was lucky to receive a visit from Ash Randall, a world record holder in freestyle football. ⚽🏆
The children enjoyed listening to him and it inspired them to think about what they’re good at and what they could achieve in whichever career they choose.
