The "new historical record" aspiration for 2027 makes complete sense when you understand what 256 actually represented in context. In 2022, BJP won 256 seats with Akhilesh at peak popularity, farmer protest energy in the air, COVID grief still fresh, and every pre-election narrative pointing toward a close race or an SP win. That 256 was won against the wind. Now the wind has shifted. Jewar is open. The Ganga Expressway is coming online. Yogi just returned from closing sovereign fund deals in Singapore. The Economic Survey has a $1 trillion roadmap. And the pro-incumbency wave is stronger than any survey before 2022 showed. The people of UP are not just content with what was built. They are excited about what is being built. That combination of gratitude and anticipation is exactly what a political movement needs to go from 256 to a new record.

Kejriwal can now go back to his blue WagonR, it has enough space for all his MPs and a driver. 😭

Things are getting ugly, sad... Shouldn't have reached this level..
Namita Balyan@NamitaBalyan

I have always called @ajeetbharti as Bhaiya ji, even while trolling and will always do. The fact that i have had been a fan and a supporter and him being the reason i joined active conversation on X about politics... this is a sad post... even apart from his treacherous conniving assh0le self harkatein... this is far below his stature... AFTER blocking me long back. Ajeet bhaiya ji... this is NOT the end. And i have no interest in your sad genitals apart from the fact that you and your supporters have been using this very offensive picture as a meme in your support. I can help you. You might not know but i helped you in your Punjab case. Will do it again if YOU FUCKING COME BACK TO YOUR SENSES. PS. ALL THE LISTS WITH YOUR GOOD NAME GET APPROVED WITH MY NOD. SO CHILL BROTHER. HINDU BRO VALA LOVE YOU, NOT YOUR 2016 QURAN LOVING INC€ST SISTER! ❤️

Surat: AAP leader @Gopal_Italia's rally didn’t allow an ambulance to pass; it remained stuck for a long time... It seems only morons join this party.

Politics isn’t a spiritual domain; expecting saint-like ethics from politicians is unrealistic. As far as Raghav Chadha is concerned, yes, he has joined the very party he once attacked. But the real question is: if you found his earlier work, what was then projected as AAP’s ideology, impressive, and he continues along the same lines, why shouldn’t he still be seen the same way? Also, AAP today is not the AAP he originally joined. In that sense, it’s arguable that he didn’t change parties, the party itself changed, and he stepped out of it. I’m not a fan of Raghav Chadha, but facts remain facts. And right now, if he’s unsettling Kejriwal, that alone explains a lot.

There is something very touching about watching Modiji enjoy muri the way any Bengali does during evening adda. He doesn’t do it for show. His eyes light up with real joy because he genuinely appreciates our simple yet rich lifestyle, our love for conversation, and our deep-rooted traditions. When our Prime Minister looks at West Bengal through the loving eyes of Bengalis themselves, every heart fills with emotion. He understands our culture, our values, and our pride like few leaders do. This is why he remains a true people’s leader who unites India through respect and affection. #BanglaBolcheBJPJitche

Kharge handing out “double F” grades is peak political irony. This is the same Congress that had six decades to build India’s energy sector and left it weak, import-dependent, and directionless. What did those 60 years deliver? Exploration lagged; offshore and deepwater potential barely progressed Large areas locked as “No-Go” zones Investment discouraged; energy security not prioritised Oil companies burdened with ₹5.46 lakh crore in under-recoveries That money could have built domestic capacity. Instead, it drained resources, weakened reserve addition, and left India exposed, with projections once suggesting reserves could last just 13–14 years. Imports? When pressured by the US on Iranian oil, Congress complied without negotiation. Today, India sources crude from 40+ countries, Russia, US, Africa, Gulf, based on national interest, not external pressure. What’s changed? 4+ lakh sq km under exploration 18 discoveries under OALP ~99% offshore “No-Go” areas opened Prices, their favourite topic: UPA: Petrol ↑112%, Diesel ↑155% NDA: Petrol ↑~33%, Diesel ↑~58% (despite global crises) Global comparison (2022–2026): Pakistan: +50% Sri Lanka: +40% Germany: +12% India: Petrol slightly down, Diesel ~+1% Excise cuts of ₹8 (petrol) and ₹6 (diesel), with ~₹1 lakh crore/year absorbed by the government. Governance shift: Then: Pumps shutting at 10 PM Now: Stable supply, no panic, even during global shocks Access revolution: 10.4 crore Ujjwala connections 33 crore total LPG consumers Subsidised cylinders ~₹553–₹613 Infrastructure growth: Pipelines: 15,000 → 25,900+ km CNG stations: 738 → 8,700 PNG connections: 25 lakh → 1.65 crore Ethanol blending: 1.5% → 20% Impact: ₹1.7 lakh crore forex saved 869 lakh metric tonnes CO₂ reduced 289 lakh metric tonnes crude replaced So when Congress lectures on fuel policy today, the question is simple: Where was this urgency for 60 years? Because history isn’t what you say now, it’s what you did when you had power.
