OpenAI is shutting down its AI video slop-making platform Sora.

Out of all the things you can find to complain about this has gotta be the most fucking pointless one. Do people really care devs use AI to generate a picture on the wall 98.7% of people never look at? Be fucking serious who cares?

RIP Hollywood Seedance 2.0 is just more real than reality. You just need one prompt to create a 3 hour Oscar winning film. Nothing is going to be the same again 🤯

Stranger Things Documentary director on whether Duffer Brothers used ChatGPT while writing the script: "Well, there’s a lot of chatter where social media users are like, “We don’t really know, but we’re assuming.” But to me it’s like, doesn’t everybody have it open, to just do quick research? How can you possibly write a storyline with 19 characters and use ChatGPT, I don’t even understand."
