Dreaming of days when I could study in an academic library instead of on the couch with kids tv playing... Love being home, but I was so productive in the silence of the academic library.

@itsrashall Patrons seem to hate change.

We switched to a single service desk this week and customers have reacted like we’ve burned down the library. This makes your library visit easier??? I don’t understand the frustration???

Trying to assess a library's social media accounts without access to them is harder than I expected... Maybe one day all these investigation skills will be put to good use. #MLIS

@itsrashall I just did that assignment and it was pretty uncomfortable to see that graph! Immediately went in and changed my privacy haha.
