Girls as young as 11, raped by gangs of men, and the official term used by authorities was child prostitute. That language implied consent. That language protected the rapists. The term was only abolished in law in 2015. The victims criminal records are only now being expunged. Thirty years too late.

14/ These girls were viewed as kuffar — non-believers. Fair game. These men chose white girls deliberately. Their own girls were kept pure, protected, untouchable. White girls were meat. Trash. Slags. Expendable. Victims testified to this in court. Told directly — you are nothing. You deserve this. You are not Muslim so you do not matter. This was racially motivated. Not one perpetrator has ever been charged with a racially aggravated offence. Not one.

13/ And it's not just Rotherham. Not just Rochdale. Not just Telford. The Rape Gang Inquiry mapped abuse in at least 85 local authority areas. 85. Rotherham alone: conservatively 1,400 girls. Telford: over 1,000. Rochdale. Oxford. Huddersfield. Bradford. Newcastle. And your town. And mine. Figures quoted in Parliament range from 250,000 to one million victims nationally. Because the data was never collected. Deliberately.

12/ How many victims total? We don't know. Because in two thirds of cases nationally the ethnicity of perpetrators was never recorded. Because someone literally tippexed the word "Pakistani" out of a case file. Baroness Casey's own audit. The government's own report. The absence of a number is itself a crime.

11/ A 15 year old too drunk to remember being raped by 20 men, one after another. Girls forced into abortions. Girls given sexually transmitted diseases. Children. Every one of them, children. Just children.

10/ From the transcripts, in judges' own words: girls from age 11. Beaten, tied up, burned with cigarettes. Dragged into car boots, driven to London to be raped by strangers. Covered with a sheet, boiling water poured over their feet when they tried to escape. A 12 year old so intoxicated she couldn't remember the rape that made her pregnant. DNA confirmed the father. A 14 year old raped while unconscious.

9/ Getting those transcripts wasn't straightforward. We, the public, had to crowdfund to pay for access to them. Some judges refused outright. One at Bradford Crown Court blocked release of a 2016 transcript involving twelve men convicted of raping a 13 year old girl. His reason? Releasing it would be "contrary to the public interest." One survivor was quoted £7,000 to access the transcript of her own rape trial. A paywall on justice.

8/ Those 90 rape gangs? Those are only the ones police actually investigated. The ones where officers did the bare minimum their legal duty required. How many thousands were never investigated? How many are still operating right now? We don't know. Because nobody looked.

7/ This is not one case. Court transcripts released by Open Justice UK — fought for through the courts, the first bulk release in British legal history — cover 385 convictions across 90 rape gangs. Ninety. Across the whole country.

5/ She was raped by a dog. On camera. While the men placed bets and forced her to rewatch it. She was waterboarded. Strangled with ropes until she lost consciousness. She witnessed the murders of at least three other girls. One killed as punishment for speaking to police.

4/ Rupert Lowe's inquiry heard from one anonymous survivor. Published officially on 23 February 2026. She was 12 years old when it started. Raped multiple times every single day for years. Filmed. Blackmailed with the footage. Police officers were active perpetrators. Money changed hands openly. Police vehicles were used to traffic her. They called the events "cop nights." This makes me sick.

3/ I spent 21 years in policing. I investigated rapes and child sexual exploitation. When I joined CID, someone on my CID course was part of the team on Operation Challenge- my own force, West Mercia Police investigating the Telford rape gangs. This was not distant. This was not someone else's problem. This was happening on our doorstep. And yet I — along with 22,000 other ordinary people — had to crowdfund a private inquiry because the state refused to act. A former police officer. Paying into a crowdfund. Because nobody in power would look at what was done to these children.

If she denied him access to the kids, judge would have fined her/jailed her/severely limited HER parenting time while giving him more control and parenting time.
