Stride will retain its previous validator set, now called "governors." Although governors will not produce blocks, they can still attract delegations and vote on behalf of stakes to support Stride 🌱

📣 Exciting update for the Stride/IBC community! 🚀 Stride is officially transitioned to ICS! This means block production is moving from Stride validator set to Cosmos Hub validator set. Stride will now be secured by staked ATOM which provides approximately 100x security 🔒
