Eid Mubarak to all Muslims, especially the people of the Republic of Somaliland, on this joyous occasion of Eid al-Fitr. May Allah accept our worship and bless us with unity, mercy, and happiness.

I extend my sincere greetings to the people of the Republic of Somaliland. May this year bring peace, unity, and continued progress for our nation.

Held a productive meeting in Dubai with H.E. Dahir Rayale Kahin, 3rd President of the Republic of Somaliland. We reviewed the current situation and key developments in our country.

I extend my deepest condolences to the people and government of Kenya on the passing of former Prime Minister Raila Amolo Odinga. He was a distinguished freedom fighter, a champion of justice and democracy, and a great friend of the Republic of Somaliland.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the Republic of Somaliland, on this historic occasion of June 26, 1960 marking the 65th anniversary of the day we gained our independence from British colonial rule. This is a historic day, symbolizing the first Somali territory to reclaim its freedom and sovereignty from European colonization. It is a unique chapter in the history of the Republic of Somaliland.

I had the honor of receiving a courtesy visit from the Ambassador of Sweden, Joachim Waern. I thanked him for the strong diplomatic relations and fruitful cooperation during my tenure. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors and hope the ties between our two nations Somaliland-Sweden continue to grow stronger.

On this blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha, I extend my warmest wishes to all Muslims, especially the people of the Republic of Somaliland, wishing all a joyous Eid filled with peace, and countless blessings.

I had a virtual farewell meeting with the UK Ambassador, H.E. @MikeNith1 I thanked him for his service, the strong cooperation, and the excellent diplomatic relations during his tenure. I wish him a bright and successful future.

Today, H.E. President @musebiihi welcomed a high-level U.S. delegation led by Ambassador Richard H. Riley & AFRICOM Commander Maj. Gen. Brian Cashman to the Presidential Palace. Talks focused on strengthening Somaliland-U.S. ties, regional security, and advancing democracy.

To my fellow citizens, I thank you for granting me the privilege to serve as your president. While my term comes to an end, my commitment to the betterment of our nation remains steadfast. Let us stand united and work together for the prosperity of Somaliland. 2/2
