Do you have dense breasts? If so, you need more screening than a mammogram alone. So, how do you know if you have dense breasts? (it isn't by look or feel...) Check your mammogram report! Breast density is categegorized using 4 letters: 🔷 Category A - Fatty Breast Density 🔷Category B - Scattered Breast Density 🔷Category C - Heterogenously Dense 🔷Category D - Extremely Dense (C and D are considered to be dense) If you have C or D, please ask your radiologist or doctor for supplemental screening!
