.@dasindonna I strongly recommend my followers do not rent with @hertz. I'm going to continue to let them know this as I would hate for them to make the mistake I did. @Alamo was much more helpful resolving my issue.

.@dasindonna I think that #boycottinghertz makes a lot of sense. @Hertz had not interest in helping me resolve my situation. They could have easily resolved this situation but had no interest in helping.

@Hertz has HORRIBLE customer service and Shady Tactics. They sent me a bill six months after for a charge on rental for $1191.81 for an ordeal that corporate said they settled. #worst #hertz #AutismAwareness #Autism

Do not ever use @hertz you should see their A) customer service B) resolution practices when dealing with a flat tire! They will charge for the repair of the tire even if you change the flat yourself

.@Hertz rental cars has not interest in assisting their clients in need. Even when a client has rented with them for years, when one mistake happens they can't bother to be of any assistance.

@Hertz .@Hertz I dm'ed you guys and got NO assistance. And then, magically, the car showed up on your lot after 5 days with the keys locked in (I left the car open with the key in the ignition).

While @Hertz wasn't helpful at all - @alamo was incredibly courteous and helpful. They visited the @Hertz lot on three occasions, twice being told the car was not there until it magically appeared with Chik Fil A and no keys.

@Hertz .@Hertz @Alamo found the car on YOUR lot after 5 DAYS- which means the car was there the entire time. I called your Atlanta line 100's of times and could not talk to a human being who would help me.

Don't rent from @hertz! I accidentally returned my Alamo rental to their facility. They claimed for a week they didn't have it. Then it turns out the key was missing and Chik Fil A turned up in their car ON THEIR LOT and they are not taking any responsibility for it.
