Improper advertising or not clearing the ticket of sale
Picked a Tommy Hilfiger one where the ticket said 79 aubut on register it was scanned at 139
Apparently the ticket sake was valid until 10th May, but store did not clear

Really disgusted by @MACcosmetics staff after a decade of buying their products.
Yesterday I went into a @myer specifically to re stock on their products. It was my little treat one month post surgery.
But bigger it was my first time since losing my brother 😢💔 entering a store other than buying groceries.
I saved my $170. I know exactly what I need such as my single pot eye shadows.
There’s two girls working for MAC and the area they have is small so they can’t miss a customer it’s absolutely impossible for them to miss.
I’m not wearing make up. It took a lot even a cry in my car about my brother to get me in. It was a very emotional decision to do this for me after what has happened.
One girl is doing make up on a client that has had her hair done and is obviously going to something special.
The other just bored out of her mind at the counter literally doing nothing.
Both see me. I try to get them to acknowledge me. They REFUSE! I even am able to take a photo of one eye pot I immediately want to buy and neither girl will acknowledge me or serve me.
I didn’t meet their standards of being worth a hello not looking incredible to their standards whilst even walking into the store took everything out of me emotionally.
I was even able to take a photo of one of the shades of eye shadows I wanted to buy and both just looked and ignored me.
Such a distressing and disgusting experience that left me crying in the car.
Yet they would be the first to demand they need a pay rise.

@myer Trying to find out why am investigation into a supply line failure is impacting me. I just want either the item or my refund. Been told NO and to wait 3-5 business days....twice.

@AussieJoker69 @myer @DavidJonesStore Myer & David Jones never have any staff visible. Probably a good thing. Because they are mainly disgruntled and rude to deal with. These stores act as a showcase store only relying on online shopping only. What happened to the store security guards? Is theft an option now?

Hey @myer - sitting at home waiting for your delivery. Courier says they were unable to deliver, your support team just confirmed my suspicions that the driver didn't even try. Ordered 10 days ago and now 10 days for a refund. What a winning experience....

@myer I’m trying to return an item but Myers has charged me twice for the return shipping and not sent me the shipping label to make the return. I can’t get in contact with anyone over the phone and the Myer concierge is no help
