These stores act as a showcase store only relying on online shopping only. What happened to the store security guards? Is theft an option now?

Hey @myer - sitting at home waiting for your delivery. Courier says they were unable to deliver, your support team just confirmed my suspicions that the driver didn't even try. Ordered 10 days ago and now 10 days for a refund. What a winning experience....

@myer I’m trying to return an item but Myers has charged me twice for the return shipping and not sent me the shipping label to make the return. I can’t get in contact with anyone over the phone and the Myer concierge is no help

@myer in future can you ensure you have signs to indicate you are taking only cards at your register I went to myer at erina to buy a few items and advised the register only took cards although I wanted to pay with cash I was not given a choice and had to use a card.

So @myer ordered a specific product online not available in store anymore. Bought them from you for years. Didn’t have the number I wanted so reduced my order. You’ve just canceled my order - they’re not actually in stock! Why do we even bother with department stores anymore?
