@GodRizma Accessories movements will be great for building the muscle and learning that mind to muscle connection. These you can keep in the rep ranges of 6-12 and really focus on slower movement and deeper stretches

@GodRizma Keep track of your workouts, either notebook, notes app in phone, etc. This will make sure you’re progressively overloading correctly and can hold yourself accountable each week. Keep compound movements in the smaller rep ranges, no more than 10 imo for strength training

@Methodz In a rebuild give me the Judkins side. 27 draft class is great. By the looks of your team it looks more like a rebuild anyways. McBride will be elite for the next few years but Judkins can be a RB1 and Kraft has all the abilities to be a top 3-5 TE
