Wow, so for 15 years I paid vet insurance for my dog but now she is 15 and I guess NFU Mutual are thinking she may start to need a vet they are cancelling my policy. What a terrible service but I really should have read the small print thoroughly 🙄

@nfum very disappointed with the behaviour of the NFU. A loyal customer with no claims. My policy was cancelled because of a direct debit problem on the account. Charging £800 more for a home insurance quote than the nearest competitor and removing the loyalty discount.

@nfum I have just been quoted a 260% increase on an existing equine policy to add a single, non competition young horse. Unbelievable. Is it right that you are adding 260% to the policy to cover a horse that was previously covered with you for £150 per month?
