Another great weekend for these girls!!! Playing up in the 16U LP4U Queen of the Hill Qualifier. Made a run all the way to the Championship, came up a bit short against a good 16U team. I love being around a group of young ladies that never quit!!!!!! @tagupSoftball

Colorado, you didn’t disappoint! 🏔️ My team battled some great competition this week. While the results weren’t what we wanted, I’m proud of the fight, the growth, and the memories we made. At the plate: Another 💣 + 3️⃣ 2B, 2️⃣ 1B, 3️⃣ BB, 5️⃣ RBI, 5️⃣ R, 1.121 OPS. 💪 On defense: a perfect 1.000 fielding % 💥 with 24 chances, 17 putouts, and a DP while contributing from the circle, 1B, and the outfield. The biggest takeaway? So proud of this team and how we played all week at the IDT 2026 in Colorado! We hung in there against some really tough competition. I went 15 for 23 (.652 AVG) and had my first in-the-park HR OBP- .714 RUNS-13 RBI-7 SB-1 I also played a solid Centerfield. I know I’ve said it before but these girls continue to amaze me. 4-1 this weekend in a 16U Invite. Today we beat a really good Magic Gold 16U team and our 16U Lightning ZM team. They faced D1 committed players and never stopped!!! Oh…. And we had 6 HOME RUNS on the day!!!!

Getting good reps in at 16U in the New Lenox Lightning Invitational, then off to Colorado compete against teams across the country!! Come see some great 2029-2030 players do their thing!!

On to St Charles this weekend for the New Lenox Lightning Invitational!!!! We start with a great camp and then onto games before we head to the mile high city!!!

From State Championship ➡️ Back with New Lenox Lightning ⚡️🥎 Had a great weekend back with my travel team! We finished 4-1 before the tournament was rained out on Sunday. Finished the weekend hitting .556 with 2 RBIs, 3 stolen bases, a triple, and had a great time holding it down in center field.
