Aztec High School is using their Outdoor Equity Fund award to teach students how to repair & build bikes, then take them outside to ride, explore & experience the joy of movement. From turning wrenches to building confidence, these young mechanics are gaining real-world skills!

Our team has been out of the office & in the field visiting grant recipients, celebrating project milestones, & connecting with partners on the ground. We're refreshed to see the impact of these investments firsthand and spend time with the communities bringing this work to life.

Happy Trails+ Tuesday! We're celebrating Santa Fe County's recent completion of a new 1.6-mile segment of the Santa Fe Rail Trail, which connects the Santa Fe Railyards to the historic Lamy Train Station & expands access to a safe, multimodal pathway for the community.

Through support from the Outdoor Equity Fund, Rocky Mountain Youth Corps equipped 100 New Mexico youth with the gear, transportation, and resources needed to fully participate in conservation programs across the state. #OutdoorEquityFund #OEF #NMOutdoorRec #NewMexico
