@SivaKum51734975 An adult can invest in any of the Small Savings Schemes on behalf of a minor to whom he is a guardian. Guardian, natural or legal, as the case may be.

@nsindiawebsite @finmindia As per rule no. 6(2)(a) and 7(1) of Kisan Vikas Patra Rules 2014 & certificates act, any Adult / person can purchase Certificates (KVP) on behalf of a minor. Please clarify whether the term "Adult/Any person" is applicable to Grand Parents also...
